As Head of Technical Service, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 FTE technicians who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality results. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing technical strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives; • Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired; • Identifying and addressing potential technical issues before they become major problems; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical services; • Developing and managing budgets for technical projects and initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering); • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a team leader; • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
