SALARY:

$30 per hour based on experience

Janitor/Cleaner responsible for maintaining buildings and improving workspaces

• Perform basic repairs: plumbing, basic electricity, painting, carpentry, replacing light fixtures, etc.
• Manage maintenance requests for buildings and prioritize interventions according to urgency and impact on operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of different sectors within the company (cafeterias, offices, common areas, sanitary facilities, etc.) according to established standards;
• Make trips between buildings on foot, using a cart or service vehicle (depending on distance).
• Perform various manual repairs or tasks (reinstalling shelves, adjusting furniture, minor maintenance) ;
• Maintain the premises clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors;
• Collaborate with the building maintenance team to support their activities as needed ;
• Use mobile equipment for work: Nacelle, Elevating Cart;
• Be adaptable to changing demands and urgent needs in a dynamic environment ;
• Manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks according to needs.

Working Conditions :

• Daytime schedule (flexible according to projects or punctual emergencies) ;
• Work in various environments (offices, factories, warehouses) ;
• Equipment provided according to tasks to be performed.
