Main Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts weighing over 40,000 lb to handle steel materials (sheets, beams, structures, pallets, etc.).
• Use a SkyTrak (telescopic) to load, unload, and precisely position loads.
• Utilize two lifts of approximately 6,000 kg as needed.
• Loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Moving materials between the yard, warehouse, and production areas.
• Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the yard and work areas.
• Verifying the condition of lifting equipment before use and reporting any defects.
• Rigorously following health and safety procedures.
• Collaborating with production, logistics, and supervision teams.
• Aiding occasionally with general yard tasks as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• Pertinent experience in heavy lifting, ideally in the steel or industrial sector.
• Experience with heavy forklifts (+40,000 lb) and SkyTrak.
• Ability to assess loads and risks related to lifting.
• Autonomy, vigilance, and good judgment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
