HOMESCAN FIELD LADY

Job activities will mainly include:

• You are assigned a route of homes at the beginning of the week.
• Your workday starts when you arrive at the first home, where you will identify yourself with the homeowner and request permission to perform the collection activities.
• You will start your session on your device to make your entry check-in upon entering the home, allowing your executive tower controller to monitor the start of activities.
• During your visit to the home, you will count products in the home, including what they have in the pantry and other rooms.
• You will take a tour of the house and use your device to scan the barcode of each product included on your list, verifying that the information shown by the scanner matches the physical product. You must enter some data, such as purchase date, quantity, price, where purchased, and if there was any promotion (e.g., 2X1, 20% more, additional gift or combo) at the time of purchase. And you will fill out a questionnaire for those products. With a marker, you will cancel the barcode code to avoid duplication in your next audit.
• You will request receipts for the products purchased during that period and register them.
• There are some special studies on telephone and light where you must request the receipt.
• Your security is very important at Nielsen, so we have a field supervisor who can audit your work at any moment and a tower controller in Mexico City
• When you finish your audit, it will notify when a home is closed on your device.
