Home Support Workers - Auckland Region - Auckland

2-40 hours per week $23.95 - $29.10 per hour Auckland locations Our Home Support service provides individual assistance to children, young people and adults with autism and/or intellectual disability. We provide 1:1 support within their family homes and to access their communities. This role varies from 2 up to 40 hours , which are mainly after school and during weekends. We have opportunities available Auckland-wide: Central, South, North and West. In partnership with families, our Home Support workers work closely together to develop and implement individualised plans that support the person's goals and aspirations. As a Home Support worker, you will be required to provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and facilitate community access for the individuals we support. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of your work and participate in regular team meetings.
