Casual Position Overview: Home Support Workers help our clients with: Personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming. Meal preparation and assistance with eating. Light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and laundry. Medication reminders. Social support and companionship. Transportation to appointments and errands. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of health and safety principles. Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
