What you'll be doing: * Managing all aspects of the home, including the care of residents and the development of the team. * Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered and maintained. * Being fully accountable for the home's performance and standards. * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
