Wood Expert for Showroom & Marketing (m/w/d) - Focus: Interior Doors, Floors & Terraces

We are Eggers – a family-owned wood wholesale company in Minden.

Our focus on building elements lies on interior doors, floors and terraces. We work closely with the trades and advise private builders and renovators in our exhibition.

We're not about loudness, but quality, reliability and genuine interest in good solutions.

Tasks

Showroom & Customer Consulting

• Counseling of end customers and tradespeople in our new exhibition
• Accompanying customers during the selection of interior doors, floors and terraces
• Maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Close coordination with office, procurement and management

Responsibility for the Showroom

• Organization, maintenance and order of the exhibition
• Keeping samples, models and presentations up-to-date
• Developing the exhibition from a customer's perspective
• Bringing in ideas for new presentations and trends

Marketing & Sales Support

• Support with social media, newsletters and actions
• Maintenance and updating of price lists and promotional offers
• Participation in events, events and special promotions
• Supporting sales through content, ideas and appearance

In a nutshell

You are the point of contact in the showroom,
responsible for the appearance of the exhibition and support marketing & sales.

What you should bring with you

• Empathy and a positive basic attitude
  You can listen, put yourself in people's shoes and have a desire to find good solutions.
• The customer's perspective
  You think not in terms of sales at any price, but in the customer satisfaction rate – B2B & DIY.
• Basic knowledge in the field of building elements
  Experience with interior doors, floors, terraces or similar products is important – you don't have to be an expert, but know what you're talking about.
• Love for the wood material
  Wood is more than just a product to you. You appreciate the material, quality and craftsmanship solutions.
• Flexibility and openness
  You come with changing tasks, different customers and flexible working hours in the showroom well.
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  You recognize tasks, take things on and feel comfortable taking responsibility.
