Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand representative associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Opening and closing routine Product Knowledge: Ensure all products are properly displayed and maintained throughout the day. Provide guidance to Brand representative associates on product knowledge and presentation. Floor Management: Manage the store floor to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment for customers. Provide guidance to Brand representative associates on floor management and visual merchandising. Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive quality in-store experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns. Provide guidance to Brand representative associates on customer service and conflict resolution. Team Achievement: Drive team achievement of daily sales through coaching, training, and motivation of Brand representative associates. Provide guidance to Brand representative associates on sales techniques and strategies. Store Performance: Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Provide guidance to Brand representative associates on store operations and performance metrics.
