Il Ruolo

The Key Lead è responsabile di garantire che tutti i clienti ricevano un'esperienza di qualità all'interno del negozio. Al fine di garantire una gestione efficace dell'operatività del negozio, svolge il ruolo di supervisore del piano di vendita e fornisce indicazioni e supporto agli addetti alle vendite. Il Key Lead fa parte del team di manager del negozio e guida le prestazioni attraverso la migliore esperienza del cliente e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi quotidiani.

Contratto base di 20 ore settimanali, richiesta grande flessibilità e disponibilità ad aumentare le ore in base alle esigenze del team e del business. Lavoro su turni settimanali, richiesta disponibilità anche nei weekend e alcuni giorni festivi

The Job

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements: Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
