Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and product knowledge among Brand Reps and Stock Associates. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring all displays are well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Team Achievement: Drive team achievement of daily sales through coaching, training, and empowering Brand Reps and Stock Associates. Store Operations: Ensure store operations run effectively by managing time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What We’re Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills. Certifications None required. Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store.
