Hollister - Key Lead, Churchill Square

Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Opening and closing routine Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Ensure all products are properly displayed and maintained in a visually appealing manner. Assist with visual merchandising as needed. Stock Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for customer demand. Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies to management. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products and services, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with Brand Reps and Stock Associates to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance. Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms. What We’re Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Certifications None required.
