As a Key Lead (m/w/d) you are responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. Key Leads (m/w/d) support by taking over responsibility on the sales floor, being an interface for sales room and warehouse employees, and training them. Furthermore, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads (m/w/d) are part of the management team. They take over responsibility for the business performance of the store, ensuring customer experience on the sales floor as well as achieving daily sales targets with the team.

Your Tasks

Opening and closing routine
Transmission of product knowledge and brand awareness
Understanding and analysis of key figures and turnover
A proactive approach and an eye for detail
Cash handling
Theft prevention
Responsibility for the presentation of goods and the sales floor
Guaranteeing system processes

Your working hours

The work schedule will change weekly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays, is expected. Additionally, hours may increase at short notice to meet the needs of the company.


The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule Requirements
