Job Description

You are responsible as a Key Lead (m/w/d) to ensure that all customers have a high-quality shopping experience in the store. Key Leads (m/w/d) support by taking over responsibility on the sales floor, serving as a contact person for sales room and warehouse staff, and training them. In addition, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads (m/w/d) are part of the management team. They take responsibility for the business performance of the store, ensuring customer experience on the sales floor and achieving daily sales targets with the team.

Your Tasks

Opening and closing routine

Your Work Schedule

The work schedule will vary weekly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
