Job Description

As a Key Lead (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality shopping experience in the store. Key Leads (m/w/d) support by taking over responsibility on the sales floor, serving as a contact person for sales room and warehouse employees, and training them. In addition, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads (m/w/d) are part of the management team. They take responsibility for the business performance of the store, ensuring customer experience on the sales floor and achieving daily sales targets with the team.

Your Tasks

Opening and closing routine

Understanding and analysis of key figures and turnover

A proactive approach and an eye for detail

Cash handling

Theft prevention

Responsibility for the presentation of goods and the sales floor

Guaranteeing system processes

Your working hours

The work schedule will change weekly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays, is required. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours may increase to support the needs of the business.
