Job Description The Assistant Manager (m/w/d) position is very dynamic. He/She is responsible for increasing our sales results, develops strategies to improve the customer experience, coordinates store operations and leads a team of employees. In doing so, the Assistant Manager always keeps an overview of our business processes, opens and closes the store and ensures that everything runs smoothly. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the actualization of our sales goals, analyzes sales data and makes recommendations for improvement. He/She also supports the Store Manager in the development of marketing strategies and coordinates special promotions and events. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and motivated, and that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
