Job Description The position as Assistant Manager (m/w/d) is very dynamic. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the active development of the store's visual merchandising, including the creation of attractive window displays and in-store presentations. He also supports the Store Manager in the planning and implementation of sales promotions and events. Furthermore, he is responsible for the inventory management, including the ordering and receipt of goods, as well as the monitoring of stock levels and the optimization of storage space. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the maintenance of a positive working atmosphere within the store team, promotes teamwork and motivates employees to achieve their goals. He also supports the Store Manager in the recruitment and training of new employees. In addition, he is responsible for the management of the store's budget, including the planning and control of expenses, as well as the monitoring of sales and revenue. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction, by ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience. He also supports the Store Manager in the development of new business opportunities and the implementation of new initiatives. Furthermore, he is responsible for the management of the store's external relationships, including the coordination of events and promotions with local businesses and organizations. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the maintenance of a high level of security and safety within the store, by ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in this regard and that all necessary measures are taken to prevent theft or other incidents. He also supports the Store Manager in the development of new initiatives and the implementation of new processes. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of the store's internal communication, including the coordination of meetings and training sessions with employees.
