Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floor planning, visual merchandising, and inventory management to create an immersive brand experience. They also develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth and development. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
