About the job
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will be in charge of receiving and accompanying customers on their journey through the store to actively promote our products and provide support and guidance. You will use your knowledge of fashion and products to provide customers with all the necessary information to ensure the best experience. Additionally, you will participate in restocking and caring for garments, presentation, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and Back of the House (BoH). You will work alongside the rest of the store team to offer an exceptional customer experience.
