HLS-Planer (m/w/d) | Engineer of Supply Technology / TGA (Bachelor/Master)

Plan diverse projects in accordance with norms, economically and practically – with regional deployments, clear procedures, and modern working equipment.

Aufgaben

• HLS-/TGA-Projects accompany all HOAI-performance phases
  You supervise projects from LPH 1–8 – from the preliminary investigation to the object monitoring and commissioning.
• Sanitary planning with focus on foundation planning
  You plan and dimension sanitary facilities – with a special emphasis on foundation planning and normative design.
• Concepts, calculations & technical proofs create
  You develop concepts, calculations, and technical designs according to norms / guidelines – and document them comprehensibly.
• LV, tenders & coordination coordinate
  You prepare performance schedules, work on tenders, and synchronize interfaces with clients, architects, specialist planners, and execution teams.
• Planning documents create & ensure smooth implementation You prepare floor plans, cross-sections, diagrams, and detailed drawings – including technical clarifications, so that the implementation runs smoothly on site.

Qualification

• **Matching degree (Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor/Master)
  **You have a degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master) in the field of Technical Building Equipment or Supply Technology/SHK or equivalent qualification.
• Focus on Sanitary incl. foundation planning
  You bring experience or a clear strength in sanitary planning – particularly in foundation planning and normative design.
• Safe with MS Office & familiar with planning tools
  You work safely with MS Office and are familiar with tools like CaliforniaX, Trimble Nova or Dendrit (or comparable).
• Team-oriented, composed, solution-oriented
  You work organized, remain calm even in stressful situations, and bring topics to a reliable conclusion.

  Depending on qualification and experience, your annual salary is between 60,000–95,000 € plus annual special payment.
