Hiring Truck Drivers for Germany

• Safety First:
  
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and brakes.
  
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
  
• Respond appropriately to emergencies (e.g., accidents, breakdowns).
  
• Transportation:
  
• Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently.
  
• Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic and delivery schedules.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
  
• Documentation:
  
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts).
  
• Communicate any delays or issues to dispatch or supervisors promptly.
  
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
  
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  

Education: 10th grade, Higher Secondary (10+2) or above.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified heavy-vehicle (Category C + CE) driving experience.

Language: Commitment to reach German B1 within 10–12 months.

Driver’s Licence: Valid heavy-vehicle licence from the home country.

Health: Medically fit for commercial driving; must pass eyesight and health exams.
