Hiring for Travel Consultant to Work in Austria!!!

Responsibilities:

Help customers book tickets for national and international rail journeys.
Provide friendly advice, upsell and cross-sell travel products.
Handle customer requests and forward them to the right department if needed.
Keep travel center updated with offers and promotional materials.

Requirements

Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma
2+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant
German language skills (minimum B2 level) and conversational English.
Confident computer skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Calm under pressure, punctual, and flexible for shift work (including weekends & holidays).
Driving license (B category) is an advantage.
