Main Responsibilities:

• Assembling support structures for solar panels on various types of roofs or at ground level.
• Installing solar panels on mounting structures.
• Completing mechanical connections between panels and preparing the system for electrical connections.
• FOLLOWING technical schemes and installation plans under the guidance of the Team Leader/Construction Site Manager.
• Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations at work.
• Packing, loading, and unloading materials and equipment necessary on site.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in assembling solar systems or related fields is an advantage.
• Techincal skills and basic knowledge of working with tools and equipment.
• Able to understand and follow instructions and technical schemes for assembly.
• Ability to withstand physical effort and willingness to work at heights.
• Seriousness, punctuality, and desire to learn.
• Teamwork skills and orientation towards quality.
• Availability for travel in the Craiova region and Oltenia.
• Category B driving permit.
