Role Overview

Depending on your trade and background, you will contribute to day-to-day operations that keep our farm productive and efficient — from cultivating high-quality flower crops to maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal water systems. Every role is vital in keeping our integrated farming systems running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification and/or solid hands-on experience in your field
• Reliability, initiative and a practical mindset
• Strong understanding of Australian workplace health and safety standards
• Ability to work autonomously and within a small, close-knit team
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Own tools and transport (advantageous)
• Must have full work rights in Australia
