Hiring Officer for Purchasing with English

Ali Agency for Work s.p.a., Seriate Branch, is looking for a consolidated reality operating in the cosmetics sector of Castelli Calepio to hire an Officer for its Purchasing Team. Main responsibilities: • Order management (raw materials, components, services) • Research and selection of suppliers, request and comparison of quotes • Negotiation of purchase conditions (times, costs, payment terms) • Monitoring of deliveries and managing claims • Data entry and updating in the ERP system • Collaboration with production, warehouse, and technical office for supply planning • Verification of purchase invoices in collaboration with administration. Required qualifications: • Diploma or degree in a technical, economic, or administrative field • Previous experience in the role (at least 1-2 years) • Knowledge of main computer tools and software (Zucchetti) • Good organizational skills, precision, and negotiation ability • Excellent knowledge of English language • Teamwork attitude and initiative spirit. Type of contract: salary commensurate with experience (RAL maximum between €28,000 / €32,000). Place of work: Castelli Calepio (BG).
