As a Ground Staff Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at the airport check-in counter

- Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations

- Assist passengers with their baggage and boarding process

- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey

- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations

- Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines

- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all passengers and colleagues

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Basic computer knowledge

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if required

- Prior experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage
