Hiring for Wastewater Network Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of water and wastewater network projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Develop detailed engineering designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and comprehensive technical reports.
Conduct hydraulic testing and quality assessments to validate system performance and material compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure all engineering activities adhere to company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain on-time delivery.

RequirementsRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in water and wastewater network projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and technical documentation tools.
Strong understanding of hydraulic analysis, network design, and field supervision.
Proven ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Omani or Gulf engineering standards is highly advantageous.
Leadership capabilities with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Basic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
