Job Summary:We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher or experienced candidates to kick-start their career in retail and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day store operations, including stocking, billing, display arrangement, and housekeeping.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle product inquiries politely, and respond to customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order in the assigned department.
- Follow safety and quality protocols as per company standards.
- Report inventory shortages or damages to supervisors.
- Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Language: Basic English communication (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
- Medical Fitness: Mandatory (as per GCC medical standards).
