The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning vehicles, planning and monitoring trips to ensure punctuality and professionalism, interacting constantly with staff from different locations, drivers, logistics team, and operational squad; data entry and control, updating employee and vehicle records in the internal system, supporting colleagues in trip planning and programming. Required: - High school diploma or degree - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Teamwork attitude - Full-time availability Monday to Friday (07:00-18:00), with flexibility to work on Saturdays as needed by the company.
