Job description
We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Supervisor with a strong Mechanical technical background and expertise in MEP systems . The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance activities, with hands-on knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical works . Previous work experience in large-scale agricultural farms will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems . Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and standards . Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations . Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained . Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards . Identify and report any maintenance-related issues or concerns to management . Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel to ensure that they are properly equipped to perform their duties . Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement .
