Work you’ll be doing: • Developing and implementing risk management frameworks for FRTB, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Credit Risk, and Counter Party Credit Risk. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across the organization. • Designing and implementing risk monitoring and reporting tools. • Providing thought leadership on risk management best practices and emerging trends. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal partners. What we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of FRTB, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Credit Risk, and Counter Party Credit Risk regulations and frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
