Hiring for Backoffice Management Position

ETJCA S.p.A. - Agency for employment branch of Bari, for a Client company operating in the sectors of design and electrical and thermal installation, is looking for: 1 BACKOFFICE MANAGER. Our client, with the aim of expanding its staff, is seeking a Resource to entrust with the responsibility of managing the agenda and calendar of assistance interventions, managing relationships with clients, employees, and suppliers, and planning activities. The selection criteria are as follows: - High school diploma in business or technical disciplines; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; - Previous experience in the role, preferably in companies operating within the sectors of installation – electrical, hydraulic, thermal – or metalworking; - Reliability and precision; - Organizational skills and time management; - Strong team working propensity. A contract for temporary employment with the possibility of subsequent stabilization is offered. Classification and level will be evaluated during the interview. C.C.N.L. applied: Metalmeccanico Artigianato. Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30-17:00 with a central break. Workplace: Modugno (BA).
