Hiring Engineer Offeror - CANOVA CCM

CANOVA CCM – We are hiring an Engineer Offeror to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an Engineer Offeror who can help us grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical and financial offers for construction projects;
• CALCULATING quantities of work based on plans and execution details;
• Soliciting and centralizing price quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Collaborating with technical and procurement departments to support offer preparation;
• Analyzing and updating prices, norms, and execution tariffs;
• Providing technical support during clarification and negotiation phases.

Candidates:

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in offer preparation and budgeting for public and private projects;
• Solid knowledge of software programs (WinDev, Intersoft, DocLib etc.) and MS Office package;
• Experience working with the SEAP platform and knowledge of public procurement legislation (advantage);
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Initiative and organizational spirit.
