Hiring Construction Engineer - CANOVA CCM

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of technical-financial documents necessary for participation in SEAP platform tenders.

- Analysis of technical specifications and requirements from tender packages for public projects.

- Drawing up work estimates and calculating quantities needed for tender submissions.

- Collecting and updating prices from suppliers and subcontractors for tender preparation.

- Managing communication with contracting authorities in the clarification process.

- Verifying and updating documents periodically in the SEAP platform, ensuring that all tenders are submitted within established deadlines.

- Following up on tender submissions and managing disputes, if necessary.

Candidates:

- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 1-year experience in preparing estimates and participating in SEAP platform tenders.

- Solid knowledge of estimate software (WinDev, Intersoft, DocLib, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

- Experience using the SEAP platform and knowledge of public procurement legislation.

- Excellent analysis, organization, and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
