Hiring Bus Drivers for Germany

• Operate buses safely and punctually on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  
• Provide courteous and customer-oriented assistance to passengers, including route information and travel advice.
  
• Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance and uphold professional conduct at all times.
  
• Navigate routes efficiently, demonstrating familiarity with Leverkusen’s road network and transit patterns.
  
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly to the relevant team.
  
• Support operational flexibility by being available to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts as required.
  

Education: Minimum 10th grade (SSC) or higher.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified professional bus/coach driving (Category D).

Age: Below 40 years at the time of application.

Language: Commitment to achieve German B1 within 10 months (maximum 12).
