Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop precise and comprehensive BIM models using Tekla Structures, with a specialized focus on reinforcement modeling and detailing. This role is critical in ensuring the structural integrity and constructability of multi-story projects across diverse sectors such as residential, commercial, and parking structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated models that align with international standards and client expectations. Your expertise will directly contribute to project success by enhancing design accuracy, minimizing rework, and supporting seamless construction execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate BIM models in Tekla Structures, with a focus on reinforcement detailing and structural elements.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the correct representation of structural components within the model.
  
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, etc.) to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
  
• Support project delivery by ensuring models meet international design standards and client-specific requirements.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  
• 4–8 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on reinforcement detailing.
  
• Expert proficiency in Tekla Structures; experience with Revit is advantageous.
  
• Demonstrated experience working on multi-story projects (residential, commercial, parking structures) for international clients, including those from the USA, UK, and other global markets.
  
• In-depth knowledge of structural reinforcement principles, detailing practices, and construction methodologies.
  
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
