SPECIALIST FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

PROFIL OF THE CANDIDATE:

Organized person, willing to learn about the complexity of the field;

Good communication, relation and organization skills;

A person who is detail-oriented, calm, analytical, determined, proactive and inclined towards identifying risks and participating actively in implementing actions;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

CERINTE:

-Higher education degree in specialty (Food Industry and related fields)

-Knowledge of quality standards and food safety (IFS certification is an advantage)

-Legislative knowledge in the Food Industry;

-English language – medium level

-Computer skills – Microsoft Office

-Experience in a similar position is an advantage (over and above fish products)

ATRIBUTII:

-Quality assurance realization, planning, organization and monitoring of quality control activities;

-Participation in maintaining, respecting and verifying the company's quality system;

-Support for good performance of internal and external audits and maintenance of product quality facing clients;

-Preparation of reports and documents on food safety and quality;

-Training support for employees in the field of quality and providing necessary information to team members;

-Stopping production in case of remarkable quality problems;

-Participation in quality and logistics disputes with clients as well as corrective and preventive measures;

-Supporting internal/external collaboration between departments and/or groups and measures that ensure activity improvement and product portfolio development;

-Consciousness and respect for all quality standards and/or other standards and directives.
