HIPPY (Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters) Program Coordinator Temporary Part Time – 30.4 hours per week until 30 June 2027. Band 5 Salary Range: $40.89 - $47.01 per hour plus 12% superannuation Location: Morwell, Victoria Department: Family Services About the Role The HIPPY Program Coordinator plays a key role in delivering the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY), ensuring high-quality, consistent program implementation aligned with national guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the HIPPY program to families, working closely with the Family Services team to ensure effective communication and collaboration. This includes developing and implementing program strategies, managing program resources, and monitoring program outcomes. The role also involves providing support and guidance to family workers, as well as contributing to the development of program materials and resources.
