Also, you sharpen knives and help out with events and banquets. Our gastronomy philosophy 'Culinary Essence of the Alps' lives on through you, bringing your expertise along. In self-service, you support during lunch service by issuing warm and cold dishes. The maintenance of cleanliness is also part of your duties. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our high standards. Your tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. In addition, you will support the head chef in planning and organizing events and banquets. The Stanserhorn is a popular tourist destination with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
