Assistant Lifeguard

Together with your future colleagues and colleagues, you will ensure a smooth bathing season in our beach baths and the future indoor pool. You will be responsible for preparing and setting up the beach baths, as well as ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the bathing season. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: • Preparation of the beach baths, including cleaning and disinfecting the facilities, • Setting up and taking down sunshades, loungers, and other equipment, • Ensuring that all necessary safety measures are in place, • Providing information and assistance to bathers, • Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the bathing area. As an assistant lifeguard, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing a great experience for our visitors. You will have the opportunity to work outdoors in a beautiful setting and enjoy the sun, sea, and lake. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program and ongoing support from your colleagues. Requirements: • Completion of a lifeguarding course (or willingness to complete one) • Ability to swim 50 meters without assistance • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain one) • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team • Flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 kg • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
