Job description
Responsibilities
Supervise and verify compliance with good hygiene and storage practices.
Implement and monitor cleaning and disinfection programs.
Control sanitary conditions of the warehouse: temperature, humidity, order, and cleanliness.
Train personnel in hygiene practices and proper food handling.
Conduct internal audits and compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations.
Coordinate corrective actions for detected deviations.
Support internal and external inspections and audits. Requirements
Education: Technician or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hygiene, quality, or food safety in warehouses or the food industry.
Knowledge of sanitary regulations and good storage practices.
Organization, attention to detail, and supervisory capacity.
Availability to travel. Competencies

Salary: 16,000 gross monthly pesos. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
