SEN Teaching Assistant – Bristol | Start ASAP Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Looking for a rewarding role where every day makes a difference? Protocol Education is working closely with a number of SEN schools across Bristol to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their Curriculum Support Teams. Location: Various SEN schools in Bristol Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm Start Date: ASAP The Role: You’ll work flexibly to support students with Special Educational Needs, providing individualized support and assistance as needed. This will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans, implementing strategies to promote student engagement and understanding, and providing emotional support to help students build confidence and self-esteem. You may also be required to assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials for lessons or maintaining records of student progress. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, a strong understanding of the curriculum and learning needs of students with SEN, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
