High Reach Forklift Drivers/Packers

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator/ Pick Packer, High Reach Forklift Driver to join a leading 3PL logistics provider specialising in healthcare and medical products. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining administration and manual pick packing, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Oracle, SAP, or CargoWise. About the Company: Our client partners with over 25 well-known healthcare and medical companies, providing them with tailored logistics solutions that meet their unique needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with our clients to ensure timely delivery of their products. Key Responsibilities: • High Reach Forklift Driver: Safely operate high reach forklifts to move pallets and containers around the warehouse; • Warehouse Administrator/Pick Packer: Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accurate reporting and optimal storage space utilisation; • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with experience working with WMS systems; • High Reach Forklift Operator certification or willingness to obtain; • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent communication and organisational skills; • Ability to lift up to 25kg (55lbs) and stand for long periods.
