High Reach FLD - Richlands

The Role

Toll People, in partnership with our client, is currently recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join their team in Richlands. These roles are ideal for individuals seeking employment in a supportive team environment with a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a High Reach forklift to move or transport stock within warehouse and production areas
• Perform stock replenishments and putaways
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and racking systems
• Pick pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet dispatch requirements
• Manually pick parts and load trolleys or pallets for transport to production
• Operate warehouse management systems to check orders, stock availability, and missing items
• Carry out general warehouse duties and housekeeping tasks as directed
• Perform manual handling tasks as required
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Adhere to and maintain a high standard of workplace safety

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months experience operating High Reach forklifts
• Strong pick packing experience in a warehouse or dispatch setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
