Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive financial services to their clients, including but not limited to:

• Compliance work - GST and tax returns, financial statements - through to complex accounts
• Building a client portfolio and managing these relationships
• Meeting and communicating with clients on regular and irregular matters as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce with 2+ years of NZ public practice experience
• CA qualified, or studying towards
• Pro-active in systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
• In depth knowledge of accounts, financial statements and tax legislation
