Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a motivated High Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their friendly and supportive team in Christchurch!

You will have:
- 2–4 years of BAS experience in an NZ public practice environment
- CA qualification (or be working towards it)
- Strong technical grounding and the confidence to work with clients directly
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to helping clients grow
- Clear progression into a senior role
- Support with CA studies and development
- A varied and challenging workload
- Genuine flexibility and work/life balance
- Regular team events and social activities
- A down-to-earth team culture with great staff retention
