Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $19.10
• Flexible hours and shifts available
• Minimum 35 hours/week and every other weekend required

Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Deliver personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) in the client's home
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
• Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to clinical staff
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times

✅ Requirements

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York State
• Reliable transportation is required (must travel to client homes)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English
• Completion of NYS Department of Health-approved HHA training or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Literacy and basic arithmetic skills required
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
