WHAT WE OFFER
- 9,000-10,000 lei net per month, depending on experience;
- 10% to 20% of eligible monthly profit, with no ceiling;
- 1,000 lei for each model recruited who remains active and performs;
- up to 3,000 lei quarterly bonus;
- salary review at 6 months, planned from the start;
- individual employment contract, with all contributions paid;
- daytime schedule, in Suceava.

The most important part of the role is not administrative, but growing people. The studio is not very large, so the difference between a good year and a bad year is not made by the number of people, but by how well the people you have are working. This is, concretely, what we ask of you.

WHAT THIS MEANS DAY TO DAY
- stay with the team and provide useful, not generic, feedback
- help collaborators who are struggling to understand exactly what to change
- constantly recruit and integrate new people correctly, from the first month
- keep the team together
- coordinate the location, be responsible for results and figures

- you have developed people and can concretely say what you have changed and what happened to their figures
- you have recruited to a monthly target
- you explain simply and have patience
- you apply the same rules to everyone, with fairness and consistency
- intermediate level English
