Introtekst Have you recently (between now and 6 years ago) left as a professional military personnel and were you then sergeant (1) in the branch of Physical Exercise & Sport? And do you want to come back? The Bureau for Special Intake of the Royal Netherlands Army is looking to see if there are opportunities for you to return as a professional military personnel. This is what you will do You have, besides the required civilian pre-education(s), also completed your initial training at the Royal Netherlands Army. You can do this because you have the necessary skills and experience gained during your previous service in the Royal Netherlands Army. Your role will be to provide guidance and support to new recruits who are joining the Royal Netherlands Army for the first time. This includes providing information about the organization, its values and culture, as well as the various roles and responsibilities within the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring that new recruits have a smooth transition into their new role and that they receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively. In addition, you will be expected to maintain good relationships with colleagues and superiors, and to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
