Re-entrant Cavalry Ridemaster

Introductory text

Have you recently (between now and 6 years ago) resigned as a professional soldier and were you a ridemaster in the cavalry branch/service at the time? And do you want to return? The Special Entry Bureau of the Royal Netherlands Army is happy to look into the possibilities for you to return as a professional soldier.

What you will do

In addition to the required civilian education(s), you have also completed your initial training with the Royal Netherlands Army previously. You can therefore (after proving your suitability) get straight back to work as a professional soldier with the Royal Netherlands Army.

Where you will work

We currently have multiple placement opportunities. If you have a preference for a specific direction and/or placement, you can indicate this so that we can take it into account.

Upon receipt of your details, we will process your re-entry request. The assessment will include looking at your military history, references, and previous performance, whether you are current enough to start in a role again immediately, and we will try to find a match with a suitable job position.

If there is a match, we will of course contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the possibilities, employment conditions, the selection and medical examination process (this may differ from the regular process), and the initiation of a security investigation.
